Manuscript submission implies that the submitted work has not been previously published and is not considered for publication elsewhere. The publication of the manuscript must be approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities (if your employer or financial institution requires such approval). The publisher is not legally responsible for claims for compensation.
If the manuscript includes information or graphical data, images, etc. originated from other parties, the permissions from the copyright owner(s) must be received and attached along with the manuscript when submitting the manuscript. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
The manuscript must be written in decent English and meet the journal criteria described on the front page of the journal.

How to submit:
At the first stage of submitting an article for consideration, it is enough to upload the PDF file of your article by logging into the system HERE. Subject to the acceptance of the article, we will ask you for a source file prepared in the latex. If you are experiencing troubles with logging into the system, please let us know at otha.editorial@gmail.com. As an exception, you may send your PDF to this email. But further you will be asked to provide additional information.
